EVERYDAY CONSUMPTION IDEAS
To benefit from the benefits of pollen, we take it in cures.

The good idea: consume it for at least 15 days in a row, for example at seasonal changes or before the arrival of spring, if possible sublingually to optimize absorption.

The right dose? Two teaspoons per day for adults, one for maintenance. And people allergic to air pollen can rest assured: There are usually no contraindications. In case of food allergies, and just to have peace of mind, you can check by chewing a grain of pollen that the palate is not swollen.
