Lavender honey is the emblematic honey of our dear Provence. Depending on the year, it is harvested on the plateaus of Valensole, Albion or the Luberon, in France. Lavender honey is unique for its fragrant taste, its golden color and its creamy texture. Once crystallized, its color becomes pale yellow. It is the symbol of the Provençal lifestyle. Recommended for fine palates and connoisseurs.
