How to consume fresh royal jelly?
To prevent fatigue and reduce stress, or during convalescence, take 0.3 g to 0.7 g/day of fresh royal jelly . It is recommended to consume royal jelly on an empty stomach, before breakfast, for 4 to 6 weeks*.
