  • Honey harvested in July in the French Pyrenees. Its taste is very sweet and delicate, its color in liquid state is very clear, becoming almost white when crystallizing, reminiscent of the taste and color of Rosemary honey. Produced in fairly limited quantities, it remains a rare honey sought after by amateurs.
